Payment Methods

Stripe Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, SEPA):

Cryptocurrency Payments:

  • Refunds are issued to the original wallet address only
  • Network (blockchain) transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on network congestion
  • Refund amount calculated at the cryptocurrency exchange rate at the time of the original transaction
  • Transactions flagged by KYT (Know Your Transaction) compliance checks may be automatically refunded minus a service fee

Subscriptions

For subscription-based products and services:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time.
  • If you experience technical issues within 14 days of subscription purchase or renewal that we cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Access to subscription content continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is granted and access is revoked.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or in a jurisdiction with similar consumer rights:

  • You have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
