Trading Tools

Due to the nature of trading tools (e.g., software, indicators), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Please read the following guidelines:
  • Defective Products: If you receive a trading tool that is defective or does not function as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that the trading tool is compatible with your trading platform and system requirements before purchasing. We provide detailed system requirements on our product pages. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from your system setup.

Financial Education Courses

Our refund policy for financial education courses is as follows:
  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. This allows you to review the initial materials and determine if the course meets your expectations.
  • Partial Refund: If you have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course content and request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for cryptocurrency payments require special handling:
  • Exchange Rate Risk: Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the current USD equivalent value at the time of refund, not at the original exchange rate. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency volatility may result in receiving a different amount of cryptocurrency than originally paid.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USD via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit to your account balance. We do not refund cryptocurrency directly to your wallet unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
  • Wallet Address Responsibility: If a cryptocurrency refund is agreed upon, you are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
  • Processing Time: Cryptocurrency refunds may take 10-14 business days to process due to the manual nature of blockchain transactions and additional verification requirements.
  • No Chargebacks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged back or reversed through traditional payment dispute mechanisms. All cryptocurrency transactions are final unless we agree to process a refund under this policy.
How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Cryptocurrency refunds may take 10-14 business days.
